Our office uses CharmHealth for an electronic health records system for medical records, billing system, and charts.

All our patients are asked to please log on to the portal for scheduling, registration, online paperwork, and easier communications.

When you check in for your appointments, you will be asked to do so with your smartphone. Staff will be here to help!
